Our BMW factory-trained master technicians have over 35 years combined experience working exclusively on German-engineered vehicles. The Importance of Factory Trained Technicians

Our technicians and owners, Chuck and Dave, knew the importance of acquiring the proper training in order to work on German engineered vehicles. After graduating from Universal Technical Institute (UTI) in Arizona, both Chuck and Dave went on to study at BMW of North America, they both completed the BMW Service Technician Education Program (STEP). A “factory trained” technician is someone that has successfully completed a specific course offered by the manufacturer, meaning our technicians have the skills to service BMWs in the way the manufacturer has intended. At The Factory, our technicians have proven their proficiency and skills while working on German engineered cars.
