Our Mission

At The Factory, our mission is straightforward. We provide the highest level of service and repair at the most competitive price possible. Our business name is also a statement. The Factory represents our philosophy of only employing factory-trained technicians, using the correct factory special tools, following the factory repair guidelines, and installing factory parts to ensure a proper repair.

Meet the Owners

Our founders, Chuck and Dave have been working on German engineered cars for a combined total of over 35 years. They both attended UTI and then went on to complete the BMW Service Technician Education Program (STEP). Both native Nevadans, Chuck and Dave have been working together for years at dealerships and other independent shops. They are the ideal team you want to be working on your BMW, Mini Cooper, Mercedes-Benz, or Porsche.

Dave has 12 years of dealership experience along with 4 years of working in independent shops. A passionate and skilled technician, Dave will ensure to keep your vehicle running strong and smooth. Along with being the co-founder of The Factory and a great technician Dave is also a:

Chuck Paya

Chuck has 12 years of dealership experience as well as 6 years working in independent German auto repair shops. You can trust that Chuck will deliver the highest level of service and repair everytime you bring your vehicle in for a service.
